1. The samples are divided into two runs called Jr56 and Jr192. Jr56 contains mostly pre-treatment samples and Jr192 is a mix of pre- or post-treatment samples.
2. The archive file located at the bottom of this page contains 4 folders. 2 folders represent the BAM files from Jr56 and Jr192 and the other two folders contain the single nucleotide polymorphisms from the translated alignment files divided into either Jr56 or Jr192.
3. Each of the 4 folders contains a README file that provides linking information between MID tags and the patient sample ID used in the publication. This file also tells you whether the sample is pre- or post-treatment. There are some samples with both pre- and post-treatment samples and others with only pre-treatment samples.
